Julia originated from Estonia, where she began her dance training at the early age of 7 at her local dance studio. She learnt ballet, contemporary, various national dances and performed in many dance shows and theatrical performances.

When Julia moved to England she discovered salsa and bachata and fell in love with the latin beats. She has since performed and taught at many international latin festivals and also performs regularly as part of the professional latin dance team.
